Thank you for choosing Prodavo. Because we provide complete, ready-to-sell interactive HTML app packages delivered instantly upon purchase, please review our refund policy prior to completing your order.

1. Digital Asset Delivery

All products on Prodavo are non-physical, downloadable digital assets (offline HTML web app packages and store collateral). Once an order is processed, access to these files is granted immediately.

2. Final Sale & Refund Terms

Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable software assets and ready-to-list product files, all sales are final. Once an app package has been purchased and access provided, we cannot issue refunds, store credits, or cancellations.

3. Technical & File Delivery Support

We stand behind the functional quality of our code and files. If you encounter any issues downloading, unzipping, or running your HTML app offline:

Our technical team will assist you with file access, issue a fresh zip package, or resolve any broken file paths immediately.

4. Purchase Errors

If you accidentally purchase the wrong app package, reach out to customer support prior to downloading the asset link. While downloaded files cannot be refunded, we will review pre-download requests on a case-by-case basis to help you swap to the correct package.

5. Seller Responsibility

Creators and store owners are responsible for reviewing app features, platform compatibility, and sales copy details before checkout. By placing an order with Prodavo, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
