Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal guardian consent to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your order information and account credentials.

Products & Pricing

Prodavo sells non-physical digital assets (offline HTML app toolkits). We reserve the right to modify prices, update specifications, or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders involving pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Digital Fulfillment & Refunds

All assets are delivered electronically via download links immediately after checkout. As outlined in our Refund Policy, all digital downloads are final sale once accessed or delivered.

Commercial Licensing & Resale Rights

Purchasing a Prodavo app package grants you a non-exclusive license to list and sell the app directly to end users. You keep 100% of your sales profits with zero royalty obligations. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or share the underlying source code and raw asset files as a B2B product, developer template, or competitor bundle to other sellers.

Intellectual Property

All original content, graphics, logos, branding, and platform materials on this website remain the exclusive property of Prodavo. Unlawful duplication or unauthorized distribution of our site assets is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability & Third Parties

Prodavo assets and services are provided "as is." We are not liable for third-party hosting, platform outages, or indirect damages resulting from store operation. We do not control or take responsibility for third-party tools or external platforms linked from our site.
