Thank you for choosing Prodavo. As all of our products are complete, ready-to-sell interactive HTML web app packages, no physical items will be shipped.

Instant Digital Delivery

All purchases are fulfilled electronically. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive instant access to your app package and assets via the order confirmation page and a download link sent directly to your email.

Fulfillment Time

Your files are available immediately after checkout. If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Download Access & File Management

Your purchased app packages can be downloaded at any time using your order confirmation email or through your customer account.

Lost or Missing Assets

If you accidentally lose your files or cannot locate your download, contact us at support@prodavo.com. Once we verify your order, we will re-send your download link immediately.

Shipping Fees

Because all Prodavo assets are delivered digitally, there are zero shipping charges or hidden delivery fees.
